This means we will never give you a style you didn’t ask for, we’ll never cut more length than you want, we’ll never give you highlights instead of balayage because we think it would look better on you; we will always respect your wishes and work hard to fulfill your hair goals!

HONESTY
It is our moral imperative to keep your hair in the best condition possible. We will never push your hair past the ‘breaking point’. It’s our duty as stylists to maintain the strength and integrity of your hair, and that means there are some things we cannot do.
If we find your hair is too dry or too damaged to handle the service you’re hoping for, we cannot in good conscience perform it, as we would never want anyone to suffer breakage or hair loss.
If you ask for a service that we know your hair cannot handle, we’ll work with you to find alternatives that will both satisfy you, AND maintain the health of your hair. In this way, we help you protect your lovely locks, ensuring the continued health and longevity of your style!
